Ordering from Havaianas

All orders placed on Havaianas are subject to stock availability and order confirmation. We process orders within 1-3 business days.

Havaianas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, lack of inventory, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping Details

Shipping typically takes between 7-12 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, credited back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
